About Miguel

Hello there and welcome to my site.  My name is Miguel but I'm better known as "The Great Motivator" and I've dedicated my life to family, fitness and the betterment of all those around me. Born in Chicago IL, my family and I are now happy and loyal Colorado residents. My wife and I have been married over twenty years, and we are the proud parents of five boys! We just love the lifestyle that Colorado represents and plan on being here forever.

I have over two decades of kickboxing experience, a decade of personal training experience, and my focus is on personal training and cardio dance classes. I'm the creator of the "Be Inspired" motivational boot camp and "The Celebration" cardio dance class. I've received six awards for personal training excellence, and I'm NASM CPT, NASM PES, NASM CES  NASM Fitness Nutrition and CPR certified.

At eighteen I began traveling the globe as a Hip Hop choreographer and dancer. Perhaps you've seen me in the following videos. I'm the one smiling the most!
