My cardio dance party is a great cardio workout for any fitness level. I'll lead you through easy-to-learn dance steps while playing today's hottest hits. You'll never be bored as you burn calories during this workout that explores numerous dance styles from week to week.

Miguel Calhoun is an exceptional teacher whose leadership and sparkle inspire everyone around him. He is a gifted teacher who motivates all who attend his classes. He is a hiphop dance/exercise teacher, trainer, fitness enthusiast, motivator, and believer in people. He is a wonderful dancer (choreographs his own material), but what sets him apart is his positive energy that fuels a class of 100. He cheers for everyone with the same smiling encouragement, whether old or young, big or small, black or white, dancer or klutz.
